"Space" blades feature high quality diamond particles, placed in equal distance apart within the matrix of the segment. The arrangement of diamond within the segment allows each layer to perform consistently well at the cutting face, giving controlled and accurate performance with no over or under exposed areas within the segment to cause problems. As each layer is worn the next is exposed, giving consistent and economic usage of diamond with no waste. The underlining principle is that diamond particles when consistently exposed offer faster cutting rate and longertool life.
