3 Step Wet/ Dry Polishing Pad 100mm Velcro Back
100mm Wet/Dry Polishing Pads 3 Stage
Designed for quick polishing of material which has been cut or scratched can be used in larger areas but is best finished with a wet system using full 8 stage process sequence . These pads should not be used for grinding or removing stock,. these are ideal for the Tradesman who needs a quick cost efficient polishing solution. Best to use with a polishing machine in combination with a Velcro Backer Pad at speeds under 4000rpm. ideally a Variable speed angle grinder will suffice.
Not for use with great pressure associated with traditional abrasives as the diamond with slight pressure is sufficient to achieve your desired finish.
Light in Colour so the pads won't mark material when being polished
The ideal target speed for this pad is around 2000rpm. Very simple to use in 3 Step using 1/2/3 step method.
