Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer €12.10 flat rate shipping to orders in Ireland.

Variations of shipping rates will occur based on carrier fees due to weight and size of product.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AccurA Diamond Tools Limited is not responsible for these charges if applied and your responsibility as the customer. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Accura Diamond Tools Ltd Showroom.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours Should there be any delays we will contact you to advise you of expected availability for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

• Ireland
• Europe
• UK

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AccurA Diamond Tools Limited is not responsible for these charges if applied and your responsibility as the customer. 

We would encourage customers to check implications for import duties and taxes especially since Brexit has been implemented.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@accura.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes – we do not ship to PO Boxes
